Additionally, users can receive messages from other personnel, receiving instant notifications regarding open shifts, training, and other key announcements. The latest update allows users to respond to messages directly.
Users can update their status (e.g., Responding Station 1, Available) using Chief Mobile, with their estimated time of arrival (ETA) tracked while en route. Organizations using Chief Scheduling can conveniently access the company schedule by day and manage their personal schedules within the application.
It is important to note that continuous use of GPS in the background may significantly impact battery life.
